Relational Group Therapy Is More Than A Cost-Effective Option.
Improve your relationship with yourself, friends, family, and partner(s).
Insight is not enough when it comes to improving relationships, learning to resolve conflict, and learning new ways of engaging socially. That’s what group therapy helps you with - engaging in real time with others (aka building social skills), getting feedback on how other’s perceive you, and growing past your comfort zone. It also helps you feel more connected, confident, and improves you mental well-being.
Recover from infidelity and emotional injuries
Finding out that an affair took place, or having been let down significantly by a partner, and deciding to work through it takes courage and commitment. Group relationship therapy (couples or otherwise) offers a space to explore past hurts and work towards re-building a safe and secure relationship.
Build a non-traditional relationship (CNM, child-free-by-choice, etc.)
There are many ways to build a relationship that is loving, caring, and fulfills your desires. Whether you’re in a monogamous or consensually non-monogamous relationship, group therapy allows for discussions on relationship agreements (that is - defining what fidelity mean to you and your relationship), communicating openly and honestly, and navigating jealousy with confidence (no, you’re not doing polyamory wrong, it’s a natural emotion).
*Please note: all partners need to be physically located in Ontario, Canada at the time of sessions.
I offer two session lengths for relationship therapy (for romantic partners & family therapy): 60 minutes ($220 CAD) and 90 minutes ($300 CAD).
Process group rates range between $70-100 for 75-90 minutes and are determined by the number of people enrolled - please express interest by e-mailing: info@ekaterinakapoustina.ca.
